We will confirm whether a return is available under the terms that applied to the order, the return destination, required condition, any deadline, and any return-shipping cost before you send it.

Do not send an item without return instructions. We do not promise free returns or a prepaid return label. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, contact us promptly so the order can be reviewed.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time after issuance depends on the payment provider or financial institution.
